A coined phrase that began with the Ritz Carlton brand and soon translated to the service response for a national fast food chain known to be the “Home of the Original Chicken Sandwich.” Whether you indulge in luxury at the Ritz or enjoy a good ‘ol chicken sandwich, it’s very possible you have had this phrase spoken to you at least once before.
T&W’s P3 model (People, Passion, Process) is driven by serving our clients at an exceptional level. In fact, one of T&W’s mottos is: “together we serve”.
