Doug Beamer, Director of Commercial Project Development, has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years. He has held positions of responsibility in both the field as well as in the office and understands the complexities that are inherent in getting a project built.
During the last 15 years as a Project Developer for T&W Corporation, he has worked closely with architectural and engineering design teams using T&W's design and build process. Doug seeks to understand his business clients and brings together the experience of the design team in meeting their growing company needs.

Prior to joining T&W Corporation in 2001, Mr. Beamer has worked in the following capacities:

Senior Estimator

Doug and his family live in Pendleton, IN. In addition to his professional life, he serves in both church and community capacities. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors as Assistant Vice-president, Eastern Section in the Boy Scouts of America, Crossroads of America Council.

Scott Black has worked in the architectural and construction industry for nearly 30 years with experience ranging from senior living, higher education, retail, recreation, aquatics, fire stations, industrial and more. Working with clients both on the design and construction side, Scott has a unique understanding of what his clients desire and how to get them there. Scott enjoys the team environment where he works to build consensus and to fulfill the owner's expectations. He is a firm believer that repeat business is earned, not assumed.

Outside of T&W, you will find Scott very involved with philanthropic organizations and community events. Also an active board member of several nonprofit organizations, member of St. Malachy Catholic Church, husband and father of three young adults.


Rick Rebholz

Rick is focused on developing and managing mission critical projects in the Ohio market. His primary focus is critical environments, large corporate facilities, multi-site offices and energy-saving projects.

Rick's in-depth knowledge of facility systems is a great resource to business and organizational critical infrastructures.
