Mr. Brinkoetter has directed the overall affairs of T&W Corporation since 1989, and has served formally as it’s President since 1990. His primary responsibilities include the administration of corporate policies, operations, accounting, and finances. During his leadership tenure, T&W Corporation has enjoyed steady and dramatic growth and development, building T&W into one of central Indiana’s most dynamic and well respected general contractors.

Dennis R. Sheward

Upon coming to T&W Corporation in 1984, Mr. Sheward initially served in a project management capacity and was a partner with Mr. Brinkoetter in 1985 when a buyout agreement was reached with the founders of T&W. Serving formally as T&W’s Vice President since 1990, Mr. Sheward has directed the overall Marketing and Business Development activities of the corporation, as well as serving as the corporate Secretary and Treasurer. His efforts have led to dramatic growth at T&W Corporation, from about a million dollars in revenue in 1985 to over $30 million a year today.

Stephen D. Shehorn
Vice President

Prior to coming to T&W Corporation in 1988, Mr. Shehorn worked for a local commercial interiors contractor and managed their Florida operation. Since coming to T&W, Mr. Shehorn has served historically in a project management capacity growing in responsibility within the company. In 1998, Steve was named to T&W Corporation’s Board of Directors, and in 2004 was offered an ownership opportunity and was named corporate Vice President with a focus on operations. Steve still functions as the senior leader of T&W’s project management team, as well as leading T&W Corporation’s efforts in pursuit of our service to churches. Mr. Shehorn leads our involvement with T&W’s affiliation with the NACDB (National Association of Church Design Buildiers) as central Indiana’s exclusive representative.
