T&W Corporation’s “Continuous Improvement Program” is a result of our commitment to serve our customers at the highest level by promoting continual improvement of our workforce. T&W Corporation actively pursues self-evaluation activities through feedback from clients and subcontractors, as well as post project construction meetings.
Our “C.I.P. Program” utilizes periodic meetings and studies conducted to develop and communicate process improvements, discuss problem issues, educate employees of new technologies, share successes and challenges, and implement policy adjustments. In this way we can ensure that our experience is spread throughout our organization and our total level of performance and quality, as a whole, is elevated and improved.
